These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and B.L.K. O.P.S. Security Contractors LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its principal place of business at 1422 Eagles Nest Cir Unit B, Gillette, WY 82716. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients. Where a separate written contract, subcontract, or rental agreement exists, the terms of that agreement shall take precedence in the event of any conflict with these Terms regarding the specific work covered by that agreement.
Site preparation work — including demolition, blasting, excavation, and drilling — is subject to extensive regulation by safety, environmental, and permitting authorities. Nothing in these Terms overrides any applicable regulatory requirement; where these Terms conflict with a regulatory requirement, the regulatory requirement controls.
We provide building demolition, structure demolition, and demolition contracting; blasting for building demolition and construction sites; building interior gutting and stripping; concrete breaking and cutting for demolition; dismantling engineering structures (e.g., oil storage tank); and culvert or bridge removal.
We provide backfilling for construction, digging foundations, dirt moving for construction, boring for building construction, and cutting new rights of way.
We provide caisson construction, drilled pier contracting, drilled shaft construction, blast hole drilling (except mining), and core drilling and test boring for construction.
We provide cesspool construction, drainage system installation (e.g., cesspool, septic tank), and dewatering services.
We provide construction equipment rental with operator, including aerial or picker trucks, backhoes, bulldozers, crawler tractors, and other construction equipment (except cranes).
The specific scope, schedule, and pricing for any Project are defined in a separate contract or rental agreement. These Terms govern the general use of our Website and serve as baseline terms for all Projects unless modified by a separate written agreement.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all Client Materials you provide, including plans, surveys, and specifications. You represent and warrant that you have the right to provide Client Materials and authority over the Site for the Work.
You are responsible for providing accurate site information, including property boundaries, known hazards, underground utilities, and site access. Failure to disclose known hazards or utilities may affect the Work and our liability.
You are responsible for obtaining or designating responsibility for permits and approvals required for the Work, unless expressly assigned to us in the contract. Where we obtain permits on your behalf, you remain responsible for the accuracy of the information supporting those permits.
You are responsible for ensuring that the Work complies with your contractual obligations to third parties, including owners, general contractors, and regulators.
All Content on our Website is the property of B.L.K. O.P.S. Security Contractors LLC or its licensors and is protected by Intellectual Property Rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Content without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of your Client Materials. By providing them, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them as necessary to perform the Work.
Documentation produced for a Client (e.g., bore logs, completion reports) becomes the Client's property upon payment in full. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, and processes.
We may suspend Work for invoices unpaid more than sixty (60) days, subject to the contract and applicable law.
We treat project plans, site information, and client business information as confidential. Confidential Information includes project plans, engineering data, site details, pricing, and any other non-public information disclosed in the course of a Project.
We use Confidential Information solely to provide Services, protect it with reasonable care, and do not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law, to bound personnel and subcontractors, or to permitting authorities and regulators as required for the Work.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination for five (5) years, or indefinitely for trade secrets.
We warrant that Work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for site preparation contracting, per the contract documents and specifications. Deficiencies reported within the warranty period stated in the contract will be corrected at our option.
Our Website is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Site work is subject to conditions beyond our control, including soil conditions, groundwater, weather, buried utilities, and unforeseen structures. We are not responsible for conditions not disclosed to us or not reasonably discoverable. Changes in site conditions may result in change orders per the contract.
Our Services do not constitute engineering, geological, or environmental advice. Clients should engage licensed professionals for design, engineering, and environmental determinations.
We perform Work in compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations. Regulatory inspections, permit conditions, and environmental requirements may affect schedules and methods; such compliance is not a breach of schedule obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall B.L.K. O.P.S. Security Contractors LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Website or Services, including lost profits, delay damages, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Work giving rise to the claim, or the limits of the applicable contract, whichever is less. Nothing in this section limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless B.L.K. O.P.S. Security Contractors LLC and its personnel from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your Client Materials, your instructions, undisclosed site hazards or utilities, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or the rights of any third party. This indemnification does not extend to claims arising from our negligence or willful misconduct.
These Terms are effective upon your first use of the Website or Services and remain in effect until terminated. Projects may be terminated per the contract; absent other terms, either party may terminate with thirty (30) days written notice, with payment due for Work performed plus reasonable demobilization costs. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnification, and lien rights — survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Campbell County, Wyoming, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution provisions in the applicable contract.

Our Website may link to third-party sites we do not control. Our Services involve subcontractors, suppliers, disposal facilities, and permitting authorities; we are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions beyond our contractual obligations.
We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, soil or groundwater conditions, natural disasters, labor disputes, material shortages, equipment failures, government actions, or permit delays. Project schedules are extended for the duration of such events per the contract.
These Terms, together with any contract, subcontract, rental agreement, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in effect. No waiver is effective unless in writing.
